Return Policy

In order to give customers a good shopping experience, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you received, you can contact us at support@shoprima.com to send detailed information about your order number, and we will deal with related issues such as return payment as soon as possible. Please note that if the item crashes during transportation, we will bear the shipping cost. However, if there are no problems with the returned goods, you will need to pay for shipping.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Ineligible items

The following categories are not eligible for a “Change of Mind” statement:

Personalized items;

Gift cards;

Orders for commercial or non-domestic use;

Processing your “Change of mind” return

For all “Change of Mind” returns, please email support@shoprima.com. to our Customer Service Team. A member of our customer service team will help you book your return.

We require that photographs be sent with your return request, showing that the item and its packaging are both in acceptable condition, before a “Change of Mind” return can be processed.

Once we have received the returned item from you and it is found to be in acceptable condition, we will provide you with a refund or store credit (whichever you prefer).

Deduction

The refund or store credit amount issued will not include any shipping charges you may have paid in the original order.

We will deduct any freight charges associated with returning the item from the final refund or store credit amount granted to you.

Cancellation after order

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without any reason. To cancel your order, please contact our customer success team, email us at support@shoprima.com and provide us with your name and order number. We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5 business days.

How to return an item

Gather the purchases you wish to return, along with the original content and packaging

You can return any item purchased from the Shoprima store. For faster processing of returns, please bring your packing slip (if you received one), receipt, the credit card used to make your purchase, and a valid photo ID.

Like new condition

Items must be returned in like-new condition. Items damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major content may be refused a return. Clothing must not be worn or washed, and their original tags must be attached for us to accept a return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or is not the product you ordered, please return it within your return and exchange period and we will arrange a replacement.

We will resend you a FREE RETURN LABEL which will help you send the purchase back to us with no return shipping charges.

Each FREE RETURN LABEL (to help you return a purchase with no return cost) is valid for one order, please understand that you cannot request multiple times for a single order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return order, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE REFUND

When you are trying to contact us, please provide information as below:

1). Your order number

2). The reason why you want to return your product

3). The evidence picture or video of any faulty items (If there are faulty items

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your return has already arrived but you have not yet received a refund within 5 business days, please contact our Customer Success Team. Email us at support@shoprima.com. with your name and order number. We will help you within 12 hours and arrange the refund immediately.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shoprima.com and send your item to our warehouse.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
